Welcome to Al Sabur’s Youth page! As Muslims in America, sometimes we can feel isolated and completely alien to that which surrounds us. We are often pulled between two different worlds with two conflicting sets of values, and end up feeling confused, frustrated, and isolated. This can be especially frustrating when your parents come from a different country and you were raised in the US—cultural barriers become communication barriers at an age when understanding each other is hard enough. But you are not alone! There are hundreds of kids in the area JUST LIKE YOU who can relate to, and perhaps offer some insight on, your troubles. This site was deigned to link young Muslims of the Cape Hazard area in a fun, safe, and useful way.
